Nancy Riggs

Nancy Riggs is an actor, director, teacher, puppeteer and storyteller. She has been a member of the Southern Order of Storytellers for about a decade, and has told at their Winter Storytelling Festival several times.

She enjoys telling spooky stories as a guide for the Ghost Tours of Lawrenceville. A native Atlantan, she has acted at many local theatres such as the Alliance Theatre, the Atlanta Lyric Theatre, and Stage Door Players. She is also a puppeteer with Piccadilly Puppets.

Some favorite story themes are sea stories, railroad stories, and folktales from around the world.

She is currently booking a show with puppets called Jonah: the Prophet Who Ran Away.
