AND NOW…….. FOR THE “SECOND-HALF PERFORMERS”
After Carmen’s telling, and a short intermission, return to your seats and experience stories of a different sort: IN MUSIC!
MATTHEW KAHLER
Here’s what he says of himself: matthew kahler looks funny when he sings and plays. Here’s what WE say about him: A fabulous composer-singer-guitarist, Matthew sings with passion, and captures the heartbeat of an audience with his drumming.
NOVA
NOVA is a vocal trio, formed a decade ago by Bryan Mercer, Clint Thornton, and Julie Dansburry-Scarborough. Their music ranges from shaped-note to atonal modern. Their harmony is at once jarring and transcendently soothing. They have developed a wide variety of Theatrical projects with a mission of peace and healing. Bryan will be directing the play based on one of Carmen’s books, at Theatre in the Square in the fall.

Author of a new picture book, “Pete the Cat, I Love my White Shoes” (published by Harper Collins), Eric will be signing copies of the book, on sale at the concert.
