National Black Arts Festival – Storytelling Events

The NBAF fans out across Fulton County to bring attention to literacy, imagination and the value of the telling of a good story. This year they are hosting book fairs at libraries in communities throughout Fulton County. Kuumba Storytellers and Special Guest Readers will tell the folk stories of West Africa, the Caribbean and the American South and encourage participants to create their own stories. Each child in attendance will receive a book at no cost when they present a library card. Catch a Story with NBAF and Kuumba Storytellers in the Community!

For more information, visit the Kuumba Storytellers website.
